Once we decided to build, the amazing experience continued as we met both Gustavo and Pepe. From construction walkthroughs to listening to thoughts and concerns, Gustavo was with us every step of the way, allowed us to be stress free and enjoy the experience. We made subtle design changes on the fly, and he supported our thoughts and provided tangible reasons for said changes. Pepe was always willing to respond to questions throughout the process and continues to this day to be one of the first to respond to questions. My family and I could not ask for a better experience. Our pool was finished September 2025 after what felt like only weeks of construction. After having it for a few months now, I can say that the quality of work and support throughout (which continues post construction) is a tremendous quality that this team provides. Bobby guided us through every design decision and material selection with patience and knowledge. He wasn’t focused on maximizing profit he was focused on earning our trust and making sure we were completely satisfied. He was always available to answer questions and open to improvements. Gustavo and Pepe are masters of construction detail. I come from a construction background and I’m an electrical engineer, so I pay attention to how things are built. I watched every stage closely. The structural work, material quality, plumbing layout, finishing everything was done with precision. They build pools to last for decades, not just to look good for Instagram. If you walk other pools, you’ll see the difference. Many builders use discount, knock-off materials and cut corners. I’ve seen it. Omega Pools does not. "Omega Pools! Where do we even begin? After hearing so many horror stories about backyard pool builds, we were determined to do our homework before trusting anyone with our dream pool. That research paid off in the best possible way! From our very first meeting all the way through Pool School 💦📚, every single detail was handled with care. These guys truly know their craft and more importantly, they love what they do. They kept us involved every step of the way, and their communication was absolutely top-tier. A very special shout-out to Pepe 🍎 the manager who made sure we were happy with every detail, right down to the grout color and texture. He never once made us feel rushed, always gave us his honest opinion when we asked, and showed up at our home every day (sometimes twice a day) just to make sure everything was turning out perfectly. Even after the pool was complete, the team continued checking in and even sent freeze-weather reminders to help us care for our system. A company that still shows up after the job is done? "From beginning to end, Omega Pools put us first and made sure we felt comfortable in each step. If we ever asked for anything, one or more of the team members gave us an answer and always made sure to follow up on it. They are earnest, honest, friendly, have a passion for and take pride in what they do. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to put build a pool. Neither of us grew up with a pool, so felt a little apprehensive about diving into not only the process or building a pool, but maintaining it afterwards. We felt completely supported the entire process and educated on how to take care of the pool ourselves. They delivered the exact design they showed us on/below budget and followed through on all of the details to make sure it looks good. Truly delightful to work with!"

"We had a fantastic experience with Omega Pools from start to finish. Bobby, one of the owners, handled the design and permits and did an outstanding job, especially considering our backyard space was limited due to an easement. His expertise and attention to detail really made the design work beautifully within those constraints. Gustavo, also an owner, was excellent during the construction phase. He did a great job making a few smart adjustments to the original design that truly improved the final result. He was always available for phone calls, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. His project manager, Pepe, was very hands-on and visited the site regularly to make sure everything was executed properly, which gave us great peace of mind. Once the pool was completed, Gustavo also took the time to give us a full “pool school,” walking us through maintenance and chemicals, which we really appreciated as new pool owners. The entire team was professional, organized, and clearly cared about delivering quality work. We are extremely happy with the outcome. We now have a beautiful pool.
